COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Two people are dead in what the Muscogee County coroner believes was a murder-suicide, and another person was hospitalized with injuries following a domestic incident Tuesday morning.
Officers were called to a home on Grier Avenue in Columbus after a woman contacted the Columbus Police Department. The woman said the person she was supposed to pick up for an appointment was not answering and requested a welfare check.
The Columbus Police Department said this was a domestic incident where two individuals were killed and one person is being treated for injuries.
