PINE MOUNTAIN, Ga. (WRBL) — A local chapter of the National Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, is turning service into song.
The King’s Gap Chapter’s vocal ensemble, known as “The DARlings,” performs at assisted living facilities, civic events, and DAR gatherings across Georgia, using music to bring joy and connection to audiences.
DAR is a nonprofit, non-political women’s service organization founded in 1890, focused on patriotism, historic preservation, and education. While many know the organization for genealogy and scholarships, this Pine Mountain group has found a creative way to serve locally…
