COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Feeding the Valley Food Bank will celebrate the opening of its new Neighbor Market with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday, Feb. 10 at 4 p.m.
The event will take place at 6744 Flat Rock Road in Midland. Community members, partners and local leaders are invited to attend.
The Neighbor Market at Feeding the Valley is a new evening food pantry designed to serve working families who are unable to visit traditional pantries during regular daytime hours. The market offers a client-choice shopping experience that resembles a neighborhood grocery store.
