Superior Court Judge gives ‘shooter for the Crips’ life in prison, plus 150 years for Columbus gang murder

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — A man who pr osecutors described as “the shooter for the Crips” was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, plus 150 years Thursday afternoon in Muscogee County Superior Court.

Judge Tippi Burch sentenced Kendaryl Rogers, 33, to life in prison for the 2020 criminal street gang murder of Alex Bales-Davis. The judge then tacked 150 years on top of that for gang and gun charges.
