COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — The spirit of Theodor Seuss Geisel, more famously known as Dr.Seuss, remains alive every year on “Dr.Seuss Day.”
The annual celebration takes place on March 2, or the closest school day that follows, to promote literacy in school and to coincide with the National Education Association’s Read Across America Day.
Happy Valley Day Facility is inviting community members and volunteers to come out and share their love of storytelling with the clients at the adult day care facility.
