COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Spring is officially here, and in Uptown Columbus, warmer days and lots of events are set to get underway soon.
Friday is the first official day of spring, and in Columbus, people are already soaking it in. Uptown Columbus has a lineup of spring events planned for the weeks ahead, made possible through fundraising and donations.
“We have our food community favored event where we bring in about 25 to 30 food trucks right after that the first week of April it will really be busy,” said Tracey Green, Uptown Columbus spokeswoman. “We start our market days on Broadway which everyone loves and then we also start our Friday night concerts so concert start back on Friday, April 3.”
