Panama City Beach enforces curfew, increases police presence for spring break

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Spring break is days away for Muscogee County Schools, and one of the most popular destinations is implementing strict safety measures.

Panama City Beach has announced an 8 p.m. curfew for unaccompanied juveniles, which goes into effect Saturday, March 28 until April 11.

“If it’s illegal at home, it’s illegal here — don’t do it,” said Chief J.R. Talamantez of the Panama City Beach Police Department.
