COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr has announced the indictment of seven inmates accused of assaulting another inmate inside the Muscogee County Jail on October 4, 2025.
According to Carr’s office, the defendants allegedly attacked a rival gang member using their hands, feet, homemade shanks and chirp messaging devices. The victim suffered facial injuries and fractures.
Prosecutors say all seven defendants are members of the “Goodfellas” criminal street gang and targeted the victim because of his alleged association with “Gangster Disciples.”…
