COLUMBUS, Ohio — The driver involved in a crash that killed a 17-year-old girl on an electric scooter in Delaware County in February pleaded not guilty to several charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide.
According to Delaware County Court of Common Pleas records, 22-year-old Aviv Bukobza was also indicted on April 16 on one count of reckless homicide and one count of vehicular manslaughter in the death of Anastasia Jehorek.
