COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — An Ohio State employee killed in what Columbus police have called “a domestic violence incident” is being remembered by friends and clients as investigators release more details about the stabbing that left his husband critically wounded.
Mark Rayburn-Velco was stabbed to death Sunday morning inside his Clintonville home. His husband was critically wounded in the alleged assault but is expected to be OK.
