After nearly half a century, the name of a baby found beaten and burned in Springfield Township is finally known.
“Baby Angel” was Velina Jeter, born June 10, 1977 in Columbus, Ohio, Hamilton County Coroner Lakshmi Sammarco said in a press conference May 29.
