DELAWARE, Ohio (WSYX) — A criminal trial for a truck driver accused of killing a Delaware County family of three is expected to be delayed for several months, following a hearing Monday in the case against Modou Ngom.
Ngom faces a wrongful death lawsuit, three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and four counts of vehicular assault.
