Driver charged in crash that killed local trooper

CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson was in Canfield Friday to announce the indictment and arrest of a driver charged in connection with a crash that killed a local trooper.

Ryan Rach was booked into the Mahoning County Jail on Friday on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault.
