COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Columbus police are investigating a shooting on the city’s West Side after a man was wounded Monday evening.
On Monday at about 5:30 p.m., Columbus Division of Police patrol officers were dispatched to a ShotSpotter call in the 1900 block of W. Broad St. While officers were en route, they were given a description of two possible suspects.
Police said the victim called in and reported he had been shot. Officers located him a short distance away, and he was taken to an area hospital. He is expected to survive his injuries…
