CLEVELAND, Ohio — A winning Powerball ticket worth an estimated $1.04 billion was sold in a small Illinois town located on the Mississippi River.
According to the Illinois Lottery, the ticket was purchased at Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh in Quincy. The store receives a $500,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
