DELAWARE, Ohio (WCMH) — Court documents in the case of Tamela Dutcher, with her daughter and two others facing murder charges, reveal what may have led up to her shooting death.
According to an affidavit, Delaware County deputies noted that the daughter, Bryanna Dutcher, told them she was dating a Black man and that her parents were “racist,” that her boyfriend’s roommate threatened to kidnap her family, that she and Tamela got into an argument the day of the shooting and that the husband said there were 100 guns in the home.
Bryanna Dutcher, originally charged with obstruction of justice, is now also facing a murder charge, along with her boyfriend, 20-year-old Christian Evans, and 21-year-old Dajameous Payne. Tamela Dutcher was pronounced dead Friday after medics arrived at her home on Bean-Oller Road south of Delaware city. For a previous report on this story view the video player above.
