MARION, Ohio (WCMH) — Prosecuting attorneys are expected to seek the death penalty after a Marion County man was indicted in the murder of one woman and the attempted murder of a second.
According to court records, Donald Adams has been formerly charged on 31 felony counts, including aggravated murder, murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, felonious assault and numerous specifications, such as being charged as a repeat violent offender.
