COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — A settlement between Meta and multiple states, including Ohio, was reached this week.
Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson announced Wednesday the $17.1 billion settlement, which requires Meta, the technology company owned by Mark Zuckerberg, to put safety measures in place to protect youth on their social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
