(WKBN) – One of three people charged in May 2025 in a large SNAP fraud investigation in the Columbus area was sentenced, while the other two have failed to show up for court.
Ionut Bizga, 33, Doina Bacelan, 32, and Juan Hernandez were indicted in a food stamp fraud scheme that included the use of card skimmers and the theft of merchandise and benefits totaling $600,000.
