MEDINA COUNTY, OH (WTRF) — An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper found a puppy abandoned inside a crate at a rest area along Interstate 71.
Trooper Kronander found the puppy during a morning check of the rest area, according to the highway patrol.
The trooper removed the puppy from the crate and took it to the patrol’s Medina Post.
