Over a year of construction induced traffic in Licking County; neighbors fed up

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Detours, closed roads and bumper-to-bumper traffic have become a daily reality for some residents in the New Albany and Johnstown area, who say congestion tied to nearby construction has upended their neighborhoods for the past year and a half.

“Something’s got to be done and it goes on 24-7,” said Tara Ganon, who lives in New Albany just off U.S. 62.
