UNION COUNTY, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Union County Sheriff’s Office has issued an urgent public appeal for assistance in locating a 24-year-old man wanted in connection with a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred earlier this year.
Authorities are searching for Diego Andres Parra Vega, who faces charges of vehicular manslaughter and vehicular homicide. The charges stem from a collision on May 23, 2026, at the intersection of State Route 739 and Winnemac Road in Jackson Township.
According to investigators, 27-year-old Logan Michael Knapp of Caledonia was operating a Harley-Davidson motorcycle at the time of the crash. Knapp was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, 30-year-old Chelsey Rena Kearns, sustained serious injuries in the incident and was transported via MedFlight to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center for treatment…
