A Columbus-owned catering business and its restaurant are ceasing operations after three years.
Fountains Take 2, co-owned by Chef Lemont Fountain, began as a food truck and catering venture and later shifted when Fountain acquired a 4,000-square-foot restaurant space, allowing Fountains Take 2 to thrive as a premier dining experience serving seafood and soul food in the area.
Located at 30 S. Young St., Fountains Take 2 provided daily meals to schools in the community, as well as hosted cooking classes for youth and adults to help foster a new generation of local chefs…
