COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One person was killed in a crash Friday evening on Interstate 70 West in east Columbus, according to police.
The crash happened around 7:05 p.m. in the westbound lanes of I-70, west of South James Road.
Police say Carl Moorer Sr., 45, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban when he lost control of the vehicle, crossed through a barrier and struck an overhead sign. Moorer was pronounced dead at the scene at 7:11 p.m…
