NEWARK, Ohio (WCMH) — Eighteen months and change after a man shot six people, including two fatally at a New Albany warehouse, a Licking County judge will announce a verdict on the suspect’s fate.
Bruce Foster III, accused of killing 38-year-old Kyle Vaver and 30-year-old Shakhar Chapagai, and injuring four others, faces the following charges: Four counts of aggravated murder, four counts of murder, two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of attempted murder, six counts of felonious assault and one count of inducing panic.

Judge David Branstool is scheduled to make a judgement at 1 p.m. Wednesday, two weeks after a five-day bench trial, which included testimony from 10 prosecution witnesses and two psychologists for the defense.
