CLINTONVILLE, Ohio (WSYX) — A Clintonville mother said a stranger forced his way into her apartment just after 6 a.m., groped her and appeared to be trying to sexually assault her — but Columbus police did not arrive for nearly two hours, a delay city officials now say is under investigation.
The woman, who ABC6 Investigates is not identifying, said she was getting her son ready for school when she heard a knock at her front door in late August.
