STOW, Ohio (WJW) – The campaign by a Northeast Ohio family to pass a new state law that would require an escape lane at new drive-thrus was motivated by the senseless murder of their loved one at a drive-thru two years ago.
However, the proposed law has hit a snag and is currently stuck in committee in Columbus.
