COLUMBUS, Ohio — A judge found Bruce Foster III not guilty by reason of insanity in the New Albany warehouse mass shooting case, in which two people were killed and several others were injured more than a year ago.
Licking County Prosecutor Jenny Wells said the law presumes a defendant is sane in cases involving an insanity defense.
