BEXLEY, Ohio — A Bexley man is behind bars after the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office says he communicated online with someone he believed was a teenage girl. Investigators say the person was actually an undercover sheriff’s deputy.
Justin Morrow was arrested at his Bexley home after investigators learned he works with children, according to Ottawa County Major Crimes Commander Zach Bowling.
