Ohio’s seasonal daytime burn ban in effect

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — Fire officials are reminding Ohioans that the state’s seasonal restrictions on outdoor burning are in effect.

The Beavercreek Township Fire Department says Ohio’s seasonal burn ban runs from October 1 through December 1, prohibiting certain outdoor burning between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m..

Under Ohio law, outdoor open burning and prescribed fires are prohibited during those hours throughout March, April, May, October and November…
