Columbus man suspected in 37 retail thefts sentenced to 4 years for separate Muskingum County thefts

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OH (WTRF) – A Columbus man suspected in 37 retail thefts in Franklin County and with nine separate felony theft cases filed against him will spend four years in prison after committing four additional theft offenses in Muskingum County.

Dejuan Edwards was sentenced by Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Judge Gerald Anderson to the maximum sentence permitted by law for four separate theft offenses involving Home Depot and Lowe’s.

Edwards was already on probation in Franklin County when he committed the Muskingum County offenses…
