COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) – A man charged this week in a Columbus homicide from 2013 was arrested after allegedly firing at police in Fairborn. On March 5, 2013, 22-year-old Daivena Clay was found dead on the stairs at the basement of a home in the 1100 block of Wildwood Avenue with duct tape covering her eyes shut.
