COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) – An Ohio police officer charged out of state last year was sentenced eight months after taking a video up a girl’s skirt. Adam Nguyen was 26 when he was arrested and accused of taking the video of the minor at an anime convention in a Chicago suburb back in May.
