A new restaurant is coming to Columbus, Ohio

A new restaurant is coming to Columbus next month.

Do you like soul food? If so, you might want to know that Soul 2 Go is opening a new restaurant in Columbus at 72 E Lynn St, according to the restaurant’s website. The restaurant on Lynn Street – which is owned by Chef Will Hightower and his brother Kevin – will not only be open for to-go orders, but it will also be open for dine-in and delivery orders. No set opening date for the new restaurant has been announced yet, but at the moment, it’s expected to open sometime in late February.

If you can’t wait to try Soul 2 Go’s food until then, you can find their food inside Columbus Food Hall at 1282 Essex Ave. The eatery’s menu includes their signature soul food bowl, which comes with a buttermilk fried chicken breast, mac & cheese, collard greens, and candied yams.

The restaurant also offers bowls like the signature pork chop bowl (which comes with your choice of fried or smothered pork chops, rice, yams, and green beans), fish & spaghetti bowl (which comes with your choice of fish; the restaurant offers fried perch, whiting, and catfish), cubed steak bowl (which comes with smothered cubed steak, mashed potatoes, and collard greens), bourbon chicken bowl (which is served with white rice), jerk chicken bowl (which is served with pulled jerk chicken, red beans & rice, and cabbage), liver & onions bowl, and lemon pepper chicken bowl, which comes with a baked lemon pepper chicken leg quarter, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans. Customers can also build their own bowls.
