PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSYX) – Authorities have arrested a Columbus man on numerous charges on Tuesday following a burglary in Scioto County. Deputies with the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office were called to a home on the 900 block of Main Street in Portsmouth just after 2 a.m. on Tuesday where a woman had reported a burglary.
