PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio – A man from Franklin County was arrested on Wednesday following a hit-and-run incident. The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office received reports of a vehicle striking multiple objects along Route 62. Subsequently, the vehicle was discovered crashed into a ditch near the intersection of Carson Road and Creamer Road.
