COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Franklin County Municipal Court is preparing for an influx of weddings as Valentine’s Day approaches. The courtroom will be transformed by staff into a makeshift wedding chapel with heart-shaped decorations, cupcakes and cookies. On Valentine’s Day last year, the court reported that they set a record and its judges performed 97 wedding ceremonies.
