In early 2023, Lola’s Kitchen + Bar was replaced by Downtown Tavern. And now, in early 2024, Downtown Tavern is now being replaced by a new concept, too. This ever-changing spot at 201 S. High St, which has faced multiple transitions in the past few years, is now called Hydeout Kitchen & Bar, with new owners, Elvis Sarfo and Raeshon Antrum. You’ll be able to spot it by the vintage neon “RESTAURANT” sign hanging on the building that’s been there for decades.
