TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Two teens were arrested and a missing 12-year-old was located after a short pursuit Monday morning. According to the police report, FLOCK cameras spotted a stolen vehicle near Parkside and Hill. Officers then attempted to stop the vehicle traveling west on Hill, but the Kia Niro refused to pull over.
