Perry Co.- Columbus Police arrested a man in connection to thefts that occurred in Thornville and West Jefferson. The Perry County Sheriff’s Office said William Perez was arrested Tuesday morning. Authorities said the identification was made possible after surveillance photographs were submitted to the Northeast Ohio Regional Fusion Center and entered into Facial Recognition software.
