Snow emergencies in central Ohio for Feb. 16 and 17

COLUMBUS, Ohio ( WCMH ) — As snow begins to accumulate on the roads Friday evening, multiple central Ohio counties are under a snow emergency.

The Ohio Department of Transportation urges defensive driving and keeping a lookout for snow plows. Columbus’ Warrior Watch gives real-time updates on when streets were last treated.

Snow will continue in central Ohio through about midnight with scattered flurries expected after midnight with lows dipping into the lower 20s.
