High Bank Distillery ready to open in Westerville

High Bank Distillery will open its third location at 28 S. State St. in Uptown Westerville Tuesday. This newest outpost of the distillery’s restaurants makes its home in the former Westerville post office building. In addition to featuring cocktails with its award-winning spirits, High Bank will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The $2.7 million renovation and conversion project was developed by Steve Wathen of commercial real estate firm Equity and John Brooks of BTTS Holdings, an event and hospitality operator. High Bank also has restaurants in Grandview and Gahanna.
