The Ohio State Buckeyes have not won a Big Ten Championship since 2020. That is mainly due to the Michigan Wolverines’ beatings over the last three seasons.
Ohio State fans came together on social media recently to discuss something else. The “College GameDay” crew made their picks to win the national championship. Noted Ohio State alum Kirk Herbstreit angered fans by not picking Ohio State but the Oregon Ducks. Herbstreit played quarterback for the Buckeyes from 1989-92.
Buckeyes fans felt betrayed that Herbstreit did not pick Ohio State to win it all. Many argued that Herbstreit should have his Ohio State alumni card taken away after the pick.
Ohio State has a solid roster back for 2024. The team added former Kansas State Wildcats QB Will Howard, former Ole Miss Rebels running back Quinshon Judkins, and former Alabama Crimson Tide safety Caleb Downs from the portal.
