COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) – A man accused ofshooting four people, killing two of them, at a downtown club in June has been arrested by U.S. Marshals. Authorities say that26-year-old Jaquez Hoover was arrested on Thursday after being on the run for months. He has now been charged with two counts of murder.
