A young Ohio mother and her two children were found dead in a Columbus apartment on Thursday morning. Journey Fletcher, 25, her son Jalani Jennings, 5, and daughter Harmoni Agyei, 3 months, were found dead by police after they were called to a home on the 3300 block of Broadmoor Avenue in Eastmoor, a neighborhood on the eastern side of the Ohio city.
