Traffic could snarl your plans Saturday thanks to a host of events happening Downtown and in the University District.

On Saturday night, multiplatinum rock band Weezer will play Nationwide Arena for thousands of fans. Just a few blocks away, The Columbus Clippers’ Harry Potter Day game will fill up the early afternoon and The Crew will be playing in the evening. And of course, the OSU Buckeyes will kick off their home game at the Horseshoe tonight against Western Michigan University.

All these events have a high chance of backing up traffic Downtown and in the University District as thousands search for parking.

Here’s some things to know:

Plan your parking

If you’re headed Downtown for one of these events, you can plan your parking in advance.

Using an interactive map on downtowncolumbus.org , you can see pricing and availability of parking garages and lots in the area. For the University District, use the interactive map on CampusParc to see pricing and availability for some garages .
