Ticket worth $1,000 a day sold at Ohio gas station

COLUMBUS , Ohio (WJW) – A lucky person in Ohio could be holding a lottery ticket worth $1,000 a day for life — or a one-time payment of $5,750,000!

According to lottery officials, a Lucky For Life ticket purchased at ‘Obetz Shell’ in Columbus matched five out of five numbers plus the ‘Luckyball’ on Monday, Sept. 23 to win the game’s grand prize.

The Shell gas station that sold the winning ticket is located on Alum Creek Drive. The winning numbers were: 1-21-24-27-48 and Luckyball: 18. CLICK HERE to check your ticket.

The winner now has 60 days to choose the annuity payments or the cash option and 180 days to validate and cash the ticket, according to the Ohio Lottery.
