HUNTINGTON, W.VA.- On Monday, September 23, 2024, Terry James Cox, 40, of Columbus, Ohio, appeared in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Chambers to 24 months in federal prison to be followed by four years of supervised release for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Mixture Containing Methamphetamine.
