Shannon Gaines, a 50-year-old Hilliard resident, has been sentenced to a term of 12 to 15 years in prison for her involvement in a fatal car crash that occurred in December 2021. Franklin County Common Pleas Judge Sheryl Munson delivered the sentence after Gaines pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of aggravated vehicular assault, according to a press release from the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office.
