Columbus group continues anti-violence work as homicide numbers pass 100

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) – A Columbus community group is working to keep city homicides below triple digits as the number of homicides in 2024 passes 100. “You are talking about lives, anytime you talk about human souls, and you are talking about over triple digits, it’s disheartening,” said Malissa Thomas St. Clair, founder of Mothers of Murdered Columbus Children.
